Wilsons Prom Trip: Part 1: Squeaky Beach

Map of South Gippsland: We live in a small kampung called Churchill between Morwell and Traralgon.

Easter break was round the corner and Nick came up with an idea to go to Wilsons Prom. Since none of us had been there before, we decided to make a trip there.

So on Monday (9 April), we (me, Eileen, Alex, Dom, Nick) embarked on our 'unforgettable journey' to Wilsons Prom.

Note: Wilsons Promontory or Wilsons Prom (also affectionately known to Victorians as 'the Prom') is located at the southernmost point of the Australian mainland and it is also one of the most famous national parks in Victoria. Its 130 km coastline is framed by granite headlands, mountains, forests and fern gullies. Tidal River, 30 km inside the park boundary, is the focus for tourism and recreation. In fact, the park contains the largest coastal wilderness area in Victoria. 0_0

Anyway, back to the 'journey'. Well, according to some 'unknown sources' *grins*, the drive to Wilsons Prom is supposedly slightly over an hour. However, it took us nearly two hours to reach there. Why?

A. None of us had driven around Gippsland before so even just getting out of Churchill took us a while! *sweats*
B. The GPS uncle lent us refused to function so we had to rely solely on the map. *sweats x2*
C. We almost got overselves lost. *sweats x3*
D. The route we took to Wilsons Prom was rather dangerously narrow & winding, and we had to remind Dom repeatedly NOT to speed. *sweats x4*
E. All of the above.

And the answer is....... *suspense* *drum rolls*

E!!!!

-_______-lllllll

So after almost getting ourselves lost in the Australian outback *chuckles*, we finally arrived safely at Wilsons Prom! \(*.*)/

Nevertheless, as we were cruising carefreely down the road in the Prom while singing along with Dom's CD, we were suddenly pulled over by a police!! *sweats*

Apparently, we were going at 90 km/h in a strictly 80 km/h zone and none of us was aware of it! -__-" But luckly for us, the very kind police merely gave us a warning, otherwise we would've ended up with an extra 'souvenir' from the Prom --> a FINE! *phew!*

Thank God!

Anyway, after undergoing such a 'traumatising event' *haha*, our spirit was soon lifted by what was coming ahead.

A breathtaking view of the Prom! *winks*

And this was the beginning of a wonderful trip...... *amazed*

Our first destination --> Squeaky Beach!

And mind you, the sand does squeak (and thus 'Squeaky Beach')! Hmm, wonder why it squeaks though. Oh well, should've taken a sample of it and chuck it to those Biotech people for further research, hehe...... *evil laughs*

The beautiful Squeaky Beach! *winks*

Yours truly camwhoring, hehe...... *vomits*

with cute cute Eileen (my mentee). >_<

Us having a good time. (L-R: Eileen, me, Nick, Dom, Alex)

Our very boliao attempt to prove that we were there on our feet, hehe......

Apart from having fun at the beach, I also discovered something important --> we're all sadly diagnosed with acute 'obsessed-with-one's-shadows' syndrome! *gasp*

-___________-lllllllll

Patient 1: Dom

Patient 2: Nick (I think)

Patients 3, 4, 5: suspect it may be Alex, Eileen and myself.

All five patients!

*laughs hysterically* Yes, I know we're very boliao. =.=

Squeaky Beach from a different angle.

Such a view somehow fills me with serenity. *winks*

With Alex pointing at whatever we were trying to point at, hehe...... 0_o

More camwhoring from yours truly. *vomits and dies, hehe*

Intermission: Time for a STORY >>>>> Once upon a time, in a land far far away, there lives a guy named Dom Dom. *villanous grins*

Dom Dom hiaoly camwhores. *laughs like an idiot*

One day, Dom Dom decides to do something 'different'.

So he begins a 'highly dangerous' journey --> jumps from one rock to the other. XD

AND FINALLY,

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

Dom Dom becomes GAY!!!! *gasp* -__-lll

*continues laughing like an idiot*

Macho Dom Dom before he turned gay.

And hence concludes 'The Chronicles of Gaydom'. -The End-

*laughs until beh tahan then falls off the chair*

Think Dom is gonna skin me alive if he finds out about this though. 0_0 (Oh well Dom, you don't have to thank me for doing free 'promotions' for you, the pleasure is mine, hoho~~)

Aloha from Squeaky Beach by mentor & mentee duo! ^_^

And needless to say, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves at Squeaky Beach! *winks*

xxxxx

听着S.H.E.
